How long will it take to get my order?
Our normal shipping times are about 5-8 business days for the USA, 4-6 business days for UK, 5-8 business days for European countries, 8-12 business days for Canada. 6-10 business days for Australia. All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
All the parcels are transported by third-party logistics providers. We cooperate with air shipping logistic companies for package shipping all over the world. Please note that there might be slight delays on some orders due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please check out our shipping policy or contact us for more details.
Can I Track My Order?Yes, every order includes tracking! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from us with your tracking information. You can use it to check the progress of your order online.
As a European, Do I need to pay the tax or duty fees?
No worries, you no need to pay it, we will pay it for you for your convenience!
Where Is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at email@example.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
How do I cancel my order?
If it's been less than 2 hours since your purchase and your item has not been sent yet you can ask to cancel your order by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I think my order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?
Think your order might be lost in transit? Although we are quoted 5-8 business days for delivery from our couriers for most of countries, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may update to advise of a ‘delayed’ delivery date.
If your item still hasn’t been delivered within 8 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation.
Can I change my shipping address?
Oops, llumic not being sent to the right address? We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this over for you.
*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!
