Shipping policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at LLUMIC™.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

1. All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Our normal shipping times are about 5-8 business days for the USA, 4-6 business days for UK, 5-8 business days for European countries. All the parcels are transported by third-party logistics providers. We cooperate with air shipping logistic companies for package shipping all over the world. Please note that there might be slight delays on some orders due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

2. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3. We aim to fulfill your order within the next business day after you place it.  We will confirm the shipping date in Shipping Confirmation.

4. We will always ship to you at the address you provided when placing your order.  If we need to contact you, we will contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide the correct shipping address and email address.

5.  We are not responsible for non-delivery due to the incorrect address you entered when placing your order.   

6. We are not responsible for failures, defects or delays in delivery due to: 1. Incorrect information provided by you; 2. Your computer fails to meet the minimum technical requirements for the service; 3. Your failure to comply with the use of a description of the service; or 4. events beyond our reasonable control.

LLUMIC™ ships to most of the countries worldwide. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
